I driven straight down and restarted, and all was well again. I came back to the machine to find that the 'MEI XMP movement controller subsystem failing' information had came back. ![]() This morning hours, after calibrating and warming up the machine, and after that completing a plan, I had been away from the machine for probably 15 moments while it unfortunate nonproductive. ![]() I allow my supervisor and employer understand, and that's as significantly as that information proceeded to go. I run lower and restarted, and all was nicely. The program was also reformatted, because the provider experts that worked the situation felt like the software program had gone corrupt after another mistake message has been displayed (though I overlook what specifically that information has been).Ī several times after the work was performed, during axis calibration, I got an error message reading 'MEI XMP motion control subsystem failure' and the program shut lower. The board was changed, as has been the 'support table' (the board that all of the other drive planks plug in to, generally the motherboard) and the wire that attaches the two XMP boards to one-another. At work I run a Hurco VMX42, I'm not optimistic but I think the software program build is usually 08.01.09.24.Ī several months ago the XMP table that handles XYZ axis proceeded to go kaput and the adhering to error information was displayed: 'No motion control planks were detected in the program'.
